Within one business day you receive a project brief template tailored to your service. Return it to formally start work. The delivery timeline begins from brief receipt, not payment date.
One structured revision round per project. The revision is based on a clear brief, not unlimited changes. Additional consulting at the hourly rate.
Rate: €31.45/hr. Used for strategy sessions, implementation Q&A, and work outside standard project scope. Configure 1-10 hours in the package builder.
Not required to book. For the audit and analytics services, Search Console read access significantly improves the quality of the deliverable. Access instructions are included in the project brief.
Fixed-scope projects are the primary model. Ongoing retainers are available for established clients after one completed project. Retainer terms are negotiated individually.
Yes. All six services can be delivered in English or French. Specify language preference when booking. French deliverables are written directly in French, not translated from English.
