Once the project brief has been returned, work begins and the project is non-refundable. By returning the brief, the Client expressly requests commencement of the digital service and waives the 14-day EU withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU.
If a deliverable substantially fails the agreed brief through the Agency\'s fault, a revision at no charge is provided. The Agency does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.
